Try to push a little harder based on HR ave. I saw later.

Warm down:

Bananas, Pizza, LOTS of Gatorade, walking around, stretching.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of running training due to limited foot capacity. Early season-injury recover fear of pushing too hard.
