Comments: Biked in running shoes due to foot injury. One strap on right foot. Left foot free for emergency that didn't happen. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike

Comments: Pretty crampy between mile 1 & mile 2, but did not stop to stretch. Same time and place as '05 What would you do differently?: Try to push a little harder based on HR ave. I saw later. Post race
Warm down: Bananas, Pizza, LOTS of Gatorade, walking around, stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of running training due to limited foot capacity.
