Comments: Good first 8 miles with the 1:45 group (8 min pace) Next 4 miles struggle. Limped on home to meet goal of 1:50. Beat last year by about 3 mins. What would you do differently?: Train for a Half Marathon. Little running this spring, working on the bike. Needed a few longer runs and some speed work. Use this as a spring board for summer. Post race
