This was a long transition. They were getting swim times right out of the lake, which is good, but the transition was all the way up the hill in the parking lot.
What would you do differently?:

I saw a few people getting out of there wetsuit as soon as they exited the lake, I will try this next time

I really pushed it. Every time I was passed I tried to follow that person for as long as I could. Felt a lot of pain in my torso. Could seem to expand my lung enough
What would you do differently?:

I need to work in some core strengthening, maybe some pilates or yoga.
