Had to pack transition bag for transport back to race finish, race bag ripped...had to piece it back together.Didn't get in a big hurry, could have trimmed some time if I would have moved faster.

Not take bottles,use the disposable type, had to stop at aid stations, and transfer gatorade into my bottles...lost some time/momentum.

Take on more sodium, use salt tablets. Think my spasms and cramps were related to that.

I had a great time. First HIM and what a great venue. Tremendous volunteer support and very organized. I hope to do this again someday.
