Warm down: walked,received trophy!,walked some more,ate great sandwiches,diet coke,changed clothes in field pkg.lot,drove 3.5 hours home What limited your ability to perform faster: inability to ride faster in wind Event comments: as an early season,relatively close to home HIM,this is a fine race.Although most volunteers were kind they were not always helpful meaning you would run up to a turn and not know where to go.The volunteer would not be there or be looking at yoo with no direction.This was the case on many turns and intersections.
