Pre-race routine:

Stretch setup warmup for five minutes in lake. Didn't do any running do to pain in left foot. Wish I could've though. The bike I did the hill only with my Dad just to loosen up the day before. 2.6 miles

Need to not unzip shirt all the way, just enough to get head through. Lost my glove, get them on quicker before going too fast

I hate running! Foot hurt and big time cramps in the thighs. DOn't like the fact that you have to do two laps kind of demoralizing. Need to work on running dude!
