Swim
Comments: This was her first triathlon and I think she did awesome for the conditions. It was nothing like we expected. All we ever heard was the lake was great to swim in because it was so calm. We never expected this. Transition 1
Comments: Switch was easy because she handed me the timing chip because she swam with it since it fell off in the water. Bike
Comments: It was a good coarse for me because it was pretty flat and I was super nerveous because I have never riddin more then 8 miles before. I was happy with my performance but look to improve greatly when I do my first individual sprint. What would you do differently?: train more than twice. Transition 2
Comments: Her sister made the transition nice. I had the timer in hand and she put it on pretty quickly. Run
Comments: Nice smooth run What would you do differently?: trian. Her sister was just comming back from 2 months off with a knee problem. She had only run a couple times before the triathlon. Post race
Warm down: Walk around and drink water. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not enough training Event comments: This was a great event and we all felt real good afterward and none of us were very tired so we are all excited to start training for individual sprint and see what we really do when we put all 3 together. We know it's going to be tough but we are excited to try. Last updated: 2007-05-09 12:00 AM

My fiance, her little sister, and myself participated as a mixed relay. I got up at 5:30. We were about 30 minutes from White Lake. I had to wake them up and we got there at about 7:00. I didn't eat anything, my fiance had a cup of coffee and nothing to eat and her sister had a powerbar. I rode, she swam, and her sister ran.
Walk around. This was our first triathlon.
