What would you do differently?: Work out more??? Need more time running and need to do speed work. Tend to lose it on the second mile. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Nutrition. Had a diabetic low... was shaking after the race. Event comments: No medical units that I could find to check my blood sugar level. I found volunteers for everything but no medical. Last updated: 2007-05-10 12:00 AM

Drank a bit of coffee and ate half a power bar. Then the wait to the race was about 1.5 hours. Too much time waiting.
