Pre-race routine:

Got up 3 hours before the race to eat my usual breakfast of cereals. This being a very short race nothing special.
Event warmup:

Walked back and forth from car to transtition area.

I felt so slow on this run it is unbeliavable.On top of that I missed the turnaround point and probably ran 30 seconds extra.
What would you do differently?:

Not much my body did not want to go I guess one week is not enough to recover from a Half-Iron distance race.

Walked around and hanged out with my son and friends.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Probably the White Lake Half which I did a week ago.

Event comments:

I enjoyed the day. We did great as Mac Masters triathlon swimming group.
First place Masters Woman,First place Men 40-44,First place Men 20-24(my son),First place Men 55-59.Made a lot of noice at the awards ceremony it was fun.
