Comments: Nice swim. I laid back quite a bit and didn't push anything as I had only swum once or twice since the half IM. What would you do differently?: Train a little more in the swim. Transition 1
Comments: I'm terrible and getting on the bike and getting going. What would you do differently?: Learn how to get on the bike better. Work on getting into shoes and out of transition quicker. Bike
Comments: I forgot to pack my Garmin so I had no feedback on the ride. I just kind of went along comfortably without pushing myself. What would you do differently?: Remember my electronics. Transition 2

Comments: I consciously took it easier on the run, and it felt much better. What would you do differently?: Do a few more bricks leading up to the race. Post race
Warm down: Cheer on Jane and my homies. What limited your ability to perform faster: I've gained about 5-8 pounds since the half IM, and haven't trained as much.
