Nice swim. I laid back quite a bit and didn't push anything as I had only swum once or twice since the half IM.
What would you do differently?:

Train a little more in the swim.

Learn how to get on the bike better. Work on getting into shoes and out of transition quicker.

Event comments:

This is an average Tri the Parks race. They are almost always fun, and the challenge comes a lot from the hills and the heat.
