Comments:

Really doing this as training for my HIM next month. Well this run was a little slower then my first half marathon the end of March but I felt a ton better. I felt strong and relaxed, when in March I pretty much didnt even want to finish. I did 2 water stops and grabbed a GU at mile 7... I think it helped too. Felt really comfortable to mile 11.. then I think I slowed down a little but picked up again for the last mile. I was figuring I was doing pretty even 8 minute miles- which would have been perfect- guessI was a little slower. It was really kind of fun running thorugh Lambeau Field. Would have liked to have been a bit faster but overall very happy with the way I felt. I still feel good :)
What would you do differently?:

not much... maybe picked up the pace a little while I felt good. Just wasnt sure how long the "feeling good" was going to last.
Post race
Warm down:

Was FREEZING after the race- got the heck out of there and into dry clothes ASAP.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

nothing
