Comments: This was basically just another training day for me but alot more fun than running around the park. Followed a 4 minute walk/2 minute run pattern and ran after mile 3 to the finish line. I felt great through the whole run. What would you do differently?: More warmup next time. It's a lot cooler here than in Corona and my muscles were tight for the first mile. Post race
Warm down: Short walk. What limited your ability to perform faster: I just need to keep following the training and gain more distance and speed. Event comments: My first 5K race and it was a blast.
