Comments: This was pretty quick for me. Had some issues getting back on the bike. had to stop for a second and concentrate. What would you do differently?: Practice getting up on the bike and getting up to speed. Bike
Comments: Started slow but really pushed it hard. Tried to take advantage of the down hills. Stayed on the big ring for most of it. Felt it on the up hill climbs but was able to benefit on the down hills. Lost one of my water bottles about mile 7, sucks because it was nice bottle plus it had my gatorade in it. What would you do differently?: nothing Transition 2
Comments: just need more work on this transition. I really pushed it on the bike up until the last 100 meters. My legs felt it. What would you do differently?: practice Run
Comments: legs didn't really stretch out until about 1.5 miles into it. Felt pretty good after the turn around. Post race

Got up about 3:30 to drive to Louisville. Ate a peanut butter sandwich and bottle of gatorade prior to the race (about 2 hours prior). Got the the race site about 7:15 eastern time. Drove from the central time zone.
