Comments: Wetsuit was constrictive @ first, then I felt good. I was drifting to the right. What would you do differently?: Start more in front of the pack swim closer in, rather than look left. Work on breathing to the left. Transition 1
Comments: Transitions take way too long. Work on this. Gu & drink on bike, not in T1. Just get feet dry enough to get on shoes. What would you do differently?: See above Bike
Comments: Just got aero bars and shifters put on 2 days before. I was still not used to them. But the shifters made a huge difference. Went into lowest gear and sat up going up hill. Then pedaled smooth on downhills and flat. I was happy not to be exhausted during the bike. I came into T2 under 2 hours. What would you do differently?: More riding practice. Transition 2
Comments: Work on transitions. I struggled to put on socks. Work on Transitions!!!! What would you do differently?: Rack bike, get shoes on faster! Run
Comments: Legs were cramping a little. Maybe too much Gu on bike and run and not enough water. What would you do differently?: Drink more water. Post race
