Comments: Almost endo'd the bike at dismount line. Running socks took some time What would you do differently?: Need to practice rapid dismount. Sockless running practice for sprints would help. Run
Comments: Took a bit over a mile to get my legs, but was in comfortable stride by turn-around. Felt like I could hold the pace all day if needed. Was 5 seconds behind 5th place, and lost to him by 4 seconds. Grrrrr!!! What would you do differently?: Run harder at the finish. Post race
