Swim
Comments: It was a good swim, I had to actually swim over people to pass them because they were swimming 3/4 accross...trying to pass others. I felt bad but they left me very little choice. Transition 1
Comments: I have to work on transition times...I figured I lost about 30-40sec combined in T1 and T2 Bike
Comments: Need to work on it some more! I had a tough time going out but managed to keep the cadence up...most people were mashing the gears, very bad choice! Always keep the cadence high in a TRIathlon. Pick your gears accordingly What would you do differently?: Spin a little more. Transition 2
Comments: Needs work. Run
Comments: I loved it, until it emerged from said woods. Again, like last time I need to work on my running if I am to succeed in this sport. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: My running and Transition times. Event comments: Third Triathlon of my career/life. Work hard and achieve. I am still racing as an Age-grouper because they dont allow me to switch over mid-season but I probably would have come fifth or so as an elite. Give me some time to work on the run and ill be a force to come. Thank you to all the volunteers that made this possible and enjoyable! Last updated: 2007-05-22 12:00 AM

I had forgotten my cycling shoes, so I had to haul back to UBC to pick them up...what a drag! Luckily I found out early enough and made it for the first swim heat.
Arm swings and the rush of forgetting my cycling shoes.
