Had to dolphin dive most of the way out until it got deep enough to swim. Paulettejo said it looked like I was doing butterfly out there.

Good bike for me. CEP had me at 41:39, but that time includes both transitions, so the speed is a little faster. Bike computer had me averaging 18.9 with a 22 max.
What would you do differently?:

Couldn't get into the big ring, but this is my last event with this bike. I'll be on the new one soon!

I feel now like I was saving some energy on the run, although I didn't feel it at the time. I think I could've pushed myself harder (maybe).
What would you do differently?:

Push myself harder on the run - - although I wouldn't be able to make up thr 5 minutes between me and the guy who placed 3rd in my AG.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I need more time in the saddle and more brick workouts. Very happy with the swim and pretty happy with the run, but I still need work on the bike.
