It was my first triathlon,

Wake up at 6:20 am walk my dog, breakfast at 7:00 am- honey and bread with some tea.

I lost control of my breathing because of the waves, bad orientation, I do not swim... just breaststroking allways looking for the bouys... what crap

Just swim as I can, I would expect between 18 an 22 min.

My motivation was realy low, since was was last at T1 by a large margin, my biking was no drafting :), with an easy pace. I drink some gatorade

I think with some more motivation and competition, I could have a time below 40:00 min.

Again, with more competition / motivation could make a under 22:00 min
