Pre-race routine:

My son was nice enough to wake me up at 2am so that I would have plenty of time to get ready. Pulled into the race site at about 5:45 which was still early enough to get a good spot in the TA

I had nothing left for the run. My legs felt fine but I just couldn't get my breathing under control. I ran the entire run portion with a breathing rate like I sprinting to the finish. I guess I should just be happy that my time wasn't even uglier.
What would you do differently?:

Save a little more off the bike.

Warm down:

After the race we grilled out in the park and had a few beers while they were doing awards and give aways.

Event comments:

This was my 2nd time doing this race and it'll definitely be one that I'll be back to.
