Swim
Comments: Ryan would have to fill in a lot of this, but he kicked ass. After rounding the first buoy into a head wind (many people in the race cut this one short) there was little chop. He finished ahead of a lot of people that started well before the realy wave. Transition 1
Comments: Ryan to Jenn...Ryan was a little beat up from the swim, so Jenn was fearing that she or her shoes were about to get messy...Ryan was looking a little green after having to run 200yards from the beach to T1. Bike
Comments: Jenn made great time! Once she got past the initial hill and out of the headwind she was riding in the 20+mph range, maxing over 30mph in some of the downhill sections. Jenn's return into the park was fast, she made it off the bike with no problems and ran into T2. Transition 2
Comments: Jenn to Me...with a quick change of the timing chip I left Jenn to rack her bike and I was out of T2. Run
Comments: The trail portion of the course was a soft muddy mess...somehow my feet stayed dry. The rest of the course was on the road...wet conditions, and light rain over the duration of the run. Post race
Warm down: NA What limited your ability to perform faster: NA Event comments: Relays are always fun (even more fun when you go home with hardware), As Jenn said..."thanks for playing." What better way to spend a sunday morning than playing in the rain with friends, competing, and cheering on fellow athletes! Last updated: 2007-06-02 12:00 AM

The usual for me...Jenn did some stretching and tried to stay dry until she had to be in transition. Ryan saved his strength for the swim.
