Comments: didn't drink enough on ride, didn't mix electrolytes correctly could have pushed harder What would you do differently?: use e-caps before swim, more straight water less fancy "sport" drinks on ride- stop fluid intake before the last 2 miles of course. Transition 2
Comments: some of my stuff had gotten kicked and scattered around prior to my return on the bike, took a few seconds to gather and secure loose items What would you do differently?: arrive earlier and get a better spot on the rack. Run
Comments: had a hard time finding my cadence groove - shins hurt for 1st half then relaxed @ 15mins into the run. Found a running partner for the last 2k and she made me run a hard sprint from the final turn. Thanks! What would you do differently?: go shirtless if possible or use a light colored singlet/tri-suit. walk less, stretch a bit before the swim Post race
