Bike
Comments: Dead legs first 12 miles on downhill sections. Felt good after that and maintained 100 rpms for remainder of course, mostly uphill. PR'd bike for this course. What would you do differently?: Used legs to much on the swim without having the training to back it up. Transition 2
Run
Comments: Ran straight through without walking for the first time in Olympic distance race! Hauled ass last mile to break 2:40, which I did according to my watch and clock time. Had just enough in the tank to execute that! PR'd run for this course. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Only 2 dedicated weeks of running and cycling for this race. Little to no swimming. Event comments: Great race. Great volunteers, post race food.
