What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of real breakfast. Proper strectching, stirrups on bike, click in shoes

Event comments:

This was my first race and I really felt that it challanged me. It was super-organized and everyone was into it. Having never competed I didn't feel awkward or out of place. Everyone was great. I highly recommend this for anyone considering getting into mini-tri's and tri's.
