Comments: Forgot to unplug vent on water bottle and had trouble drinking. Wore running shoes and pedal straps. What would you do differently?: Unplug bottle vent! Transition 2
Comments: Fast T1, due to having running shoes on already. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Started very slowly, got stronger throughout. Wasn't ready for hills. What would you do differently?: Train more on hills. Do more bricks. Post race

Up at 4. Apple, yogurt, egg, Powerbar, coffee, water. Arrived at 6:30, drove the bike course. Racked, set up T area, stretched, relaxed. about 20 min before the race, ate Gu pack and some bar. Probably too much as I burped during the swim.
Jogging back and forth to the van for this and that. Stretching. A little bit of swimming.
