Reasonably fast transition. Heard AJ finishing as I was putting on my shoes. Saw Natasha, and Desiree on the run course. Desiree looked like she was sufferring.

My run was my strongest leg again. I am not a good runner so it is a little disturbing. Sans the flat, I might have had a comparably better bike, but the numbers show that the run was better

Ran the whole race on coke. Worked out really good. Biked on Infinite nutrition which was great too.
