Faster than expected, but ended up getting a stress fracture in my toe. Ouch
What would you do differently?:

Not wear road racing flats for the first time in two years in a half marathon.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not drinking enough during the first 6 miles of the race. Getting a stress fracture in my toe that hurt like hell for the last 3 miles.

Event comments:

Wildflower is absolutely amazing! This is a race you have to do at some point, if not for the great course, for the wicked-fun atmosphere.
