My legs never really loosened up and I plodded around the course at 11 minute a mile pace. Very disappointing.
What would you do differently?:

Work harder on biking hills and transitioning to run.

First time triathlon for me, need to work on biking up hills more

I enjoyed the Pawling Triathlon tremendously. Very friendly volunteers and event came off without any problem. Next time, I hope to do better.
