Warm down:

hydrated, stretched, stood around, got rained on, just rethink

What limited your ability to perform faster:

the heat, the humidity and i think i pushed too hard on the bike

Event comments:

it was a good race that was well managed > the volunteers are always the standouts for all portions of the race > i would recommend it to anyone wanting a late season half
