Swim
Comments: I was absolutely HORRIBLE in the swim. Wow. With this being my first OWS I was shooked at how bad I did. I could not catch my breath at all. I got tired really quick. What would you do differently?: More OWS practice. Transition 1
Comments: I had one problem. When I pinned my number onto my shirt I went through the back of the shirt with two pins. I could have sworn I checked that. When I tried to put on my shirt to my surprise I couldn't. Got one undone and darnit, another one was through the back. What would you do differently?: Double, triple check that the darn pins aren't through the back or just get a belt and pin it to that. Bike
Comments: I am ok with the bike ride since I picked up my first bike on Saturday. Riding the stationary bike in the gym is no where close to a real bike but overall I am happy. What would you do differently?: More riding! Transition 2
Comments: Since I don't have clipless pedals I was all ready for the run. All I had to do was rack and remove helmet and I was on my way. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Run
Comments: I am happy with this time since the bike was my first ride on a bike. A completely different set of muscles were used compared to the stationary bike. What would you do differently?: More bricks with my new bike now :-) Post race
Warm down: Banana and water then some easy stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: I just need to get more practice and continue what I am doing. Event comments: I give it best just because it was my first. The one I will always remember. Last updated: 2007-06-20 12:00 AM

Nothing much as I was clueless with this being my first tri. I went over everything about 10 times.
Basic stretching.
