Comments:

Right on pace through mile 22, when I started getting cramps despite lots of Endurolytes. Frustrating to have to slow down, but still nearly a 40-minute PR. So some disappointment but the fitness was definitely there, which is satisfying.

Event comments:

Perfect running weather and a great course. Well organized (despite others' complaints about aid stations). Crowded, of course, but this is a big-city mega-marathon--if you want isolation, go run the Marathon de Sables!
