Comments:

My swim was OK. Had a good start until my goggles were knock off.I started off fast for the 1st 200m. I felt good but then a few swimmers were catching up to me and then my goggles come off. it took me a sec to get them back on, it took 2 tries to get it. After that my swim went well. I got to the beach at 15:23. It almost took me a min to get to T1.

Comments:

It wasn't my best ride. When I got on my bike, I forgot to undo my strips on my shoes I had a hard time getting into my shoes. Ater that my ride was ok had some head wind I think that slowed us down. On the way down from a hill I lost my spounge from my water bottle, when I went over a pump. My drink was splashing all over me. It was disricting me a little bit I wasn't able to foces on my ride.

Comments:

Happy with my run. It was the 1st time that I did not have to walk, in the race. I felt that my run was gettting stonger at the end of my run. At the aid station I got water and poured it over me I found that it help me. It cooled me down. I did not drink at all.
Post race
Warm down:

Event comments:

Overall it was a good day. I was hoping to be under 1:20.00 but I had a few miss haps along the way. I also noticed that the feild was slower this year from last, by 3 min's
