Pre-race routine:

Peanut butter sandwich at about 6 am
Left home with family at ^:30 as event is only 20 mins away
After arrival set up transition and hung out with friends and teammates from Circle City Multisport

Comments:

Swim seems to be fading. Breathing never got on target and it effected the time badly. The best part was my tracking was dead on.
What would you do differently?:

Need to perfect my breathing during races. More time in pool

After first mile ..lost rear tire pressure . Had to suffer through end of bike with about 70 lbs pressure.
Hills were horrible but really kept pedalling hard on downhills and turns.
I can still gain speed
What would you do differently?:

Carry Co2 although this was just a sprint.

Too slow but I did stick with my plan of 3 min easy 1 min fast as possible.

What would you do differently?:

Needed to take Advil before race as my back hurt really bad on run and caused me to slow too much

Warm down:

Found family and spoke with other teammates. At a half of banana and some sprite. Kids ate the wnderful pasta they were supplying

Tuxedo Brothers are one of the best at organzing running and other events in our area
