Event warmup:

I actually did a warmup run! Very unusual for me, but this is a short race so I can't just ease into it. Normal pre-race swim warmup with a little bit of drill.

some rough pavement and a bit boring on the bike, ran out of chicken burritos post race. No official splits. Otherwise would have gotten a 5.
