Comments: I really felt good with this run. I got to the water stop (1.5 mi) running the whole time, then walked thru the stop. I then ran about 0.75 miles and hit a headwind..... so the last mile was about 25% walking and 75% running. I REALLY wanted to run the entire length. So, that's a goal for the next one. Oh - and the whole deal with the exercise induced asthma is SO huge for me - I feel SO much better when running now. Another thing - I ran this race last year in 39 minutes. WOOT!! What would you do differently?: Continue my training so that I can run 10:30 for entire 3.1 miles Post race

Had a bowl of oatmeal and a glass of water. remembered my inhaler, too!
Stretched with my friends, jogged for maybe a minute. Then spent the rest of the time being nervous about seeing that oatmeal again!
