Pre-race routine:

woke at 4:30, drank star bucks, at fig newtons, apple, yogurt, granola bar and drank 20 oz water. Got to the site at 5:20, still dark and they were just setting all the booths up. It was such a beautiful morning.
Event warmup:

Missed the warm-up swim. So just did a lot of jumping and movement to get muscles warm before swim.

I stayed to the back because I thought everyone was better than me.
What would you do differently?:

I won't stay in the back next time. I will get in the front and take my chances. I found out I can hold my own and not panic.

What would you do differently?:

I will start trying to go without socks to save time, and I will learn how to get on my bike with the one leg push off, I can't do that yet.
