I seemed to be off course since I was never anywhere near anyone else. The swim time includes running from the beach up a big hill.

Sight more often.

The bike course was so crowded. There were often 3 people wide as people passed each other. My corners and turnaround were slow.

Someone else racked her bike super-crooked so I ended up putting my bike ON my stuff, and had to really reach to get my shoes.

Learn how to get off my bike without stopping first.
