Better swim then Latta. Got out in front early so I didnt get kicked in the face. Goal to be top 3 in age group in swim.

Better ride for me then Latta. More hills but I have been training more so I felt more comfortable.

Continue to train for endurance and do some speed work + weight training.

Fun race - this is my second sprint. I dropped ~ 15min from Latta but the bike was shorter so given average speed on the bike, I dropped ~ 9 minutes. Looking forward to the next race and moving up in my age group!
