The pool was great! If we would have done a serpentine style, I would have smoked them both hands down.

Eaten some chocolate and milk. Blast through the 300 and smoked Chris and Laura like I know I can.

I didn't know we could jump on our bikes and ride out of the T1! I ran with the bike and hoped on half way through the transition area.

I saw some contestants going the wrong way and for some reason I thought, "Is that the way I should go?" Some yahoo put there stuff in the middle of our rack where the three of us decided to place our crap.

Course: I was with my bro(Chris) and Laura(sister in-law) in a single lane. We decide to go three deep. Bad idea. The first half of the swim leg was good, until I noticed after every flip turn, Chris and Laura where coming at me. I should have dropped the hammer and sprinted from there.
