Proper nutrition this week while running. Still could probably eat more out on the run course... Had 2 Clif bars and almost 2 bags of Shot Bloks...

Swim performance, getting wetsuit off without falling over (dizzy)...

Event comments:

Ran out of food at post-race! WTF!! Only thing left was frosted cookies, stale chips ahoy... Came back later and they finally replenished some food supplies but WTF! Should NOT run out of food - and HFP has been doing large events long enough for this NOT to happen...
