Comments: Who knows why but I cramped up in my right side after drinking in mile 3 so I just have to be careful about how i drink. Definitely was not what I was hoping for on time but that's what you get when you drop out of training for a month. What would you do differently?: TRAIN FOR HEAT...it was nice but I get a little worn out in the heat and sun. Post race
