Comments: humid as hell!!! What would you do differently?: eat better!! not sure how to prepare a midnight run! different from getting up at 6am, eating a half of a bagel and running a 5K Post race
Warm down: trying not to throw up. being hungry really did a number on me What limited your ability to perform faster: the fact that i run slow. it was a pretty average time for me. Event comments: would have liked some gatorade at the end...but it was only a 5K...i only needed it because my blood sugar was low from not eating enough. would like to do this race again next year.
