Slow transition for everyone - could have been better.
What would you do differently?:

Pick a better pair of bike shorts that can double as running shorts. I lost time trying to get into my bike shorts with a wet body and switched to the running shorts which were easier.

I could have pushed this one a little more. Great job drinking - I finished my gatorade by 7 miles and was ready to take a sport bottle at 7.5 at the water stop. I lost about 1.5 minutes when I accidentally dropped the bottle.

Event comments:

This is the ideal race for a beginning triathlete. It is really well organized and has terrific support. This is my second time doing it and I feel really good about it.
