Comments: I could have pushed this one a little more. Great job drinking - I finished my gatorade by 7 miles and was ready to take a sport bottle at 7.5 at the water stop. I lost about 1.5 minutes when I accidentally dropped the bottle. Transition 2

What limited your ability to perform faster: Fear of getting a post-race dehydration headache. Event comments: This is the ideal race for a beginning triathlete.
