Swim
Comments: base of triangle poorly marked not used to swimming in traingle shape--threw me off a bit What would you do differently?: go out a bit faster, swim with head down more Transition 1
Comments: actual swim was closer to 36:00--for some reason, they didn't chip me into the transition area What would you do differently?: take cap and goggles of during run from bike Bike
Comments: awesome bike--i kicked some ass! What would you do differently?: drink more Transition 2
Run
Comments: ended with a sprint to the finish line with a girl i had been tailing--i kicked her ass--photo finish What would you do differently?: run a bit faster in the begining and not think about how much further. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: legs have seemed sluggish lately--going to stop weight training so much Event comments: very unorganized at the start--NO ONE knew what was going on--noone of the volunteers knew anything, the USAT guys knew nothing and even said it was very poorley organized and the timing people were very frustrated with it. once the race started, it was good--course was well marked with volunteers. i think they need to make sure their volunteers know what's going on.
