Swim
Comments: had trouble breathing to start race, wasnt realy the best swim in the world but am training for much longer swims and was just starting to find a rythm at the end. What would you do differently?: not mouch donner is a much more important swim right now no need to sacrafice that race for 1 min. Transition 1
Comments: had a little trouble getting straped into shoes but overall best T1 yet, sock were a little pain to get on but worth it What would you do differently?: get into shoe on bike, will need different shoes to do it Bike
Comments: best bike to date, realy pushed harder than i usualy do and it payed off. both feet went numb. overall great bike What would you do differently?: get fit again. need to fix to numbing, its getting worse Transition 2
Comments: great dismount from the bike, found transion spot right away, shoe on, grabbed my hat and water and was gone What would you do differently?: nothing Run
Comments: cramping to start, decent overall pace, still feel its my weakest event but overall did not kill my time. What would you do differently?: more bricks, got lazy last couple of weeks and only did one and payed for it. Post race
Warm down: walked around for about 10 min drank some water What limited your ability to perform faster: need to decide what distance im going to regulary do so i can get out the middle ground type training im doing now. i either need to do the oylimpic and train for that of train for all out speed with the spriny Event comments: 13 mins faster than last year, made my goal time by over 2 mins. great race left fealing extreamly happy with my efforts. gave myself a great goal to continue to set good times. feel like i can be competive in my age group Last updated: 2007-07-08 12:00 AM
