Used recovery shake and shot bloks for pre-race meals
Event warmup:

Finally a decent WU. 15-20 min bike w/ couple of pickups, 11 min run w/ one pickup, 5 min easy swimming.

Everything was good except getting into the shoes after mounting bike

Bike climbing. Need to continue getting back into climbing shape.

Needed more volunteers for body-marking, as that's what held up the race from starting on time.
