Comments: No one passed me on the bike. avg 21.4 mph. max of 40.3 mph. Transition 2
Comments: Need to work on bike dismount. Only cost a few seconds but it could be improved. Best T2 of the season though. Racked bike then helmet & sunglasses off. bike shoes off, running shoes on. Put on hat, grabbed a gel and go. What would you do differently?: Improved bike dismount. More fluidity needed. Run
Comments: Need to work on running again, not just jogging fast. I felt comfortable on the run. I need to feel exhausted. It wasn't until the last 2/3 mile that I felt like I was running fast. What would you do differently?: Need to train on the run more. Speed workouts essential. Post race

Got a ticket on the sway to the race and got there just in time to register, set up transition and then head to the water to start the swim. Minutes to spare.
