Tried to take it easy on bike - outbound 1st hour was right at 20mph. Very windy and getting stronger throughout bike - It was great that the roads were closed and were very smooth

Was at under 8min/mi pace through about 10 miles then had to walk a little bit. Some hills and very strong winds.

wind. Using this race as a tune up for IM Wisconsin.

It was a PR by 8 minuts

Event comments:

This was the best organized race short of IM. Very nice race. PR by 8 minutes. Could have been more without the wind. Great day !!!
