Had a Payday protein bar and a bottle of water.

I was able to freestyle more than backstroke this time. After rounding the last buoy, I got off course a bit. I think my ears being clogged had something to do with that, I don't know.

I didn't have any cramps this time going into the run, so I was able to run at a decent pace the entire time.
What would you do differently?:

Pick up the pace at the end and sustain it.

Warm down:

Grabbed a sandwhich, chips and a water and sat down.

Event comments:

Pesky blister on my heal that I got from Danskin last weekend opened up and bled all over my shoe and sock. Before my next run, I need to make sure my shoe is on properly and/or maybe look into some new shoes.

I am becomming more comfortable in open water. Now, I just need to work on my endurance. I get so tired near the end. It would be so great to be able to freestyle the whole time.
