One of my best swims ever given the conditions. This was a PB for me over the distance. Very happy.

Comments:

The wind was so strong at some points that I thought I had a flat...that is how little I was moving.

Smart with the gears...small ring going into the headwind..spin, spin, spin.

Happy with the effort given the conditions.
What would you do differently?:

Could have used some salt tablets.

I know what I need to work on now.

Was very close to a PB over this distance...

I felt the fatigue from IM CDA in my legs on the run.

Given the amount of racing I've done in the last 10 weeks I am pleased.
