Fairly hilly at the start, my legs felt tired. I was going to do a bike race yesterday and I am really glad I did not.
What would you do differently?:

Rest a bit more prior to race

Warm down:

Cold towels over head and then headed for the subway to go home.

Very well organized by NYRR. Bit expensive $60, with such big sponsors the race could be cheaper or cheaper for some students and the young
